Production times vary depending on the decoration type. Production time starts after your final mockup approval. • Print: 5-10 business days • Embroidery: 10 business days • Promotional Items: 15 business days

These fees are charged per colour and location of print. This is a re-occurring cost — you will be charged setup fees for future orders as well. • Print setup fee: $25/color • Full-colour fee: $25/location

Digitizing fees are charged one time per design. If you reorder the same design later, we will reuse the digitized file. (If the design changes slightly, it needs to be re-digitized.) • Embroidery digitizing fee: $50/design

For clothing items in sizes 2XL and up, there is a surcharge of **$4.50 per item** ordered.

If you supply artwork in vector format (.ai, .eps, some .pdf), there is **no artwork fee**. If you provide low resolution non-graphic files (.jpeg, .png, etc.), this fee applies. High resolution .png may sometimes work. Once your artwork is on file in vector format, we don’t charge this again. • Artwork fee: $25/design

We review your artwork before printing. Vector files work best (.ai, .eps, .pdf). In some cases, high resolution .png, .psd, or .svg will work. Minimum 300 dpi is required for good quality prints. If unsure, contact our sales team.

Here’s how they differ: **Vector files:** - Use mathematical equations to define shapes, lines, curves - Scalable without loss of quality - Common formats: SVG, AI, EPS, PDF **Raster files:** - Made up of pixels (bitmaps) - Enlarging may cause pixelation or loss of sharpness - Common formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP Use vector when you need scalability & precision; raster for photos or detailed graphics, but be careful with resolution.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing produces detailed designs with vibrant colours, even on soft garments. It’s a great option when you want full colour detail with good softness.

Embroidery is done by stitching thread onto fabric to create logos, text or patterns. Some points about it: - Very durable and long-lasting - Too fine detail may not work well - Colour matching limited to available threads - Not all fabrics are suitable (thin blends, rain jackets etc. are problematic) - Cost depends on design complexity, size and item count

You can place orders online or in person. Here’s the process: 1. Choose items, quantities, sizes; send us artwork or choose a font. 2. We send you a quote. 3. Once you approve the quote and pay, mockups are made. 4. You get unlimited mockup revisions (colour, placement, etc.). We don’t start production until you approve the mockup. 5. If changes are made after order placed, restocking fees may apply.

Production begins only after final mockup approval. When complete, you’ll be notified by email. Pickup or shipping options are available. Rush orders incur a 10% fee.
